Statistics show over the last 20 years despite the revolution in ball and club technology, handicap averages have stayed the same, why? Our bodies have not been not conditioned to perform highly athletic movements. You will be amazed, after identifying muscle imbalances and embarking on a gentle stretching program how easy it will be to swing the club correctly. After doing "whole in one golf conditioning" you will be fitter, healthier, less injury prone and hit the ball further. Conditioning programming is available from a single examination, to a 6 month program. Peter was successfully trained by the World renowned golf biomechanical expert, Paul Chek.

Most of us have been hypnotized at some time, if only by the tele. Your unconscious is one the most powerful tool you can use to enhance performance. Use hypnosis and you will see here feel and know the difference.

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)
This many faceted subject, is used continually throughout all lessons but specifically it deals with:
- How to use language for positive outcomes
- How to use anchors
- How to 'anchor' all good aspects of your performance
- To understand and change if required your beliefs about
    what you can achieve
- How to greatly enhance your imagery skills
- How to look at things with a new perspective
- How to practice in your mind for improved performance
- How to use NLP to plan improvement strategies


This is the most exciting road you could travel on. There are no limits to what you will achieve when you use NLP. How many times have you tuned into conversation to here the phrases, I cant, I am to old, you cant teach an old dog new tricks, well these are all limiting beliefs that are 'true' if you want them to be. Understand that anything that has been done before can be done again, and that just because something has not been done it does not mean that it cant. Peter uses NLP throughout your lessons to make learning easy . You wont know why you improve so quickly, you just will.
